Zeosoft Technology Group's executives are comprised of seasoned industry veterans. They are visionary individuals who are committed to evolving Zeosoft from an emerging leader to a trendsetter in bringing networked mobile servers to business, enabling collaborative processes and secure information exchange on handheld devices.

Frank Musolino
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Musolino, age 55, is a founder of Zeosoft Technology Group, Inc., and has been its principal investor since its inception. Additionally, he has been principally responsible for funding the development of the Company's software since mid-2000. Throughout his career, Mr. Musolino has been active in real estate development and management, and he continues to be active in that business. Mr. Musolino has also been involved in founding, funding, and managing financial institutions, software development companies, and retail businesses, through numerous venture capital investments. Mr. Musolino was one of the first investors in Inktomi Corporation, which was acquired by Yahoo in 2003. A native of Italy, Mr. Musolino has been active in the greater Tampa community, having served as City Councilman of Temple Terrace, Florida and on various other local government and civic boards. He and his family continue to be involved in numerous community and charitable organizations.

Geoffrey Todd Hodges
Secretary
Mr. Hodges, age 46, is a corporate and business attorney who works primarily in the areas of corporate finance, business transactions, and general corporate and partnership planning. For more than five years, he has worked as in-house counsel for Frank Musolino and various companies affiliated with Mr. Musolino, including The First American Investment Banking Corporation, a securities broker-dealer. Prior to that, Mr. Hodges was a shareholder and founder of the law firm of Agliano, Hodges & Whittemore, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. He has broad experience in business and tax planning, and has authored numerous articles and treatises relating to corporate and tax planning for businesses. He is a member of The Florida Bar.
