Zeosoft Technology Group defines its value principally by the sweeping impact of its patents, the value of its intellectual property, and its long range strategy for remote and mobile enterprise computing in all markets.
Patents and Intellectual Property
Zeosoft holds patents covering server and collaborative peer-to-peer technology for use on portable, wireless, or embedded devices, including application management and application services containers. Patent coverage includes manageability by an administrative server or servers, which allows and provides for remote and OTA (Over the Air) rapid deployment and maintenance of applications, objects, and software features associated with the devices. Patents include implementations and methods for peer-to-peer (P2P) as well as peer-to-enterprise (P2E) and enterprise-to-peer (E2P) network architectures as well as server-to-server (S2S) and 'headless' (server processing with no user interface) environments, such as in machine-to-machine (M2M) configurations. This permits remote installations, unmanned devices, and portable and mobile platforms such as moving vehicles, phones, and notebooks to provide server functionality to each other, in a fully portable on-demand network, if desired. This includes some aspects of device provisioning, such as that utilized for remote application deployments to cellular phones.
Zeosoft's current patented and protected intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:
- Device resident server technology for use on a range of portable devices, from embedded appliance and dashboard implementations to phones and laptops, as well as on emplaced portable devices. This enables P2P data and transaction processing and application provisioning, together with rich and complex content provisioning, between devices as well from centrally managed provisioning agents.
- Device-resident servers such as application and data servers on cell phones and other mobile and handheld devices.
- Device-resident servers which operate as containers such as personal mobile web servers on cell phones and other mobile and handheld devices.
- Device-resident naming services, including both naming and relay services, which enables P2P networks of cell phones and other mobile and handheld devices.
- P2P and M2M implementations of distributed processes and data in either manned or unmanned device installations via server-to-server (device to device) communications, via client applications running in device-resident servers, or via device-resident client to device-resident server.

Other Intellectual Property
We have also created or provisioned a variety of commercial and prototype applications that are designed to specifically implement our patented server-on-device technology. These include the following:
Mobile AppBuilder - A database application developer that enables any user to build customized applications in minutes, using a 'point-and-click' user interface. Using our platform, these custom-built applications can be instantly deployed to any number of users, operating any ZeoSphere-enabled device.
On Demand Mobile Conferencing - With our technology, we developed On Demand Mobile Conferencing (ODMC), a native user-to-user (U2U) interactive, real time and collaborative processing environment. ODMC provides users with a real-time collaborative whiteboard, file sharing, and messaging with attachments. Using ODMC, any number of users can participate in a 'live' multi-user work session.
MobileAlert - Zeosoft developed an application for carrier-independent rich content alerts with media support. Alerts are real time multi-cast with data, scrollable text, and media such as pictures, sound files or video and can originate from any ZeoSphere enabled device.
Working Prototypes
Wireless Gaming - Our technology can provide peer-to-peer processing and transaction management between wireless gaming consoles. We developed prototypes for interactive wireless gaming tables, with shared drawing and graphical or messaging space; interactive graphical gaming, such as a maze race; and a virtual poker table.
iExchange - This is a prototype cell phone-based personal mobile auction manager and database. It was originally designed as a forerunner of personal auction, retail, and provisioning systems for mobile platforms.
iHealth - A prototype personal medical information management system. It consisted of a personal care management for diabetic patients and is adaptable to any chronic care protocol for outpatients. Its platform is consistent with HIPAA standards.
Other Application Prototypes and Services:
We have also developed prototype applications suitable to the M2M, automotive, mobile and cellular content markets. These prototypes include functional support for applications such as: remote sensor data collection and distribution; location-based information downloads to a moving vehicle; dynamic, real time inventory-in-motion management, such as vehicle-based asset management; and decision-flow services for all cellular enabled, Wi-Fi, and wireline devices, facilitating distributed decision processing. Our software enables carrier or third-party billing for peer-to-peer and user-to-user content distribution, such as billing for peer-to-peer data-transfer, including streaming, messaging, or file sharing.
These applications and prototypes are examples of the unlimited number of applications that can be built using our technology, and can be deployed on our software platform.
